By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Quazar Digital OÜ. These Terms govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, products, software, services, and features provided by Quazar Digital OÜ. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, GDPR Notice, and Sub-Processors page. Such policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will meet your requirements;
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Any results generated by the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable;
• Any document processing, OCR, translation, summarisation, or AI-generated output will be free of errors;
• The Service will always be available.

YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Certain features require account registration. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and current and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• All activity occurring under your account;
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Upload malicious software, malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, or harmful code;
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
• Upload content that violates privacy rights;
• Upload illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
• Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

You retain ownership of all files, documents, and content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Quazar Digital OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, transmit, modify, analyse, convert, translate, summarise, extract, and otherwise use such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service. This licence terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.

The Service may store uploaded files and generated documents for up to 180 days to provide account functionality, document history, customer support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before changes become effective. Continued use of a subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of Quazar Digital OÜ and its licensors. The Service, including its software, algorithms, databases, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and generated outputs. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAZAR DIGITAL OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR (B) €100.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quazar Digital OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, security reasons, fraud or abuse, or operational reasons. For paid subscriptions terminated by us for convenience, we will provide reasonable notice and any legally required refund.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or dashboard. Upon termination, access rights immediately cease and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service may generate outputs using automated systems and AI technologies, including OCR results, translations, summaries, data extraction, analysis, and converted files.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or incorrect interpretations. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, accounting, translation, or other professional advice.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable and subscription fees are non-refundable after renewal. Technical issues may qualify for a refund review. Additional rights may apply under consumer-protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
