Quazar Digital OÜ engages trusted third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to help deliver, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service. Each Sub-Processor is contractually required to process personal data only for authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

Our primary infrastructure is hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany (EU). As a result, the majority of user account data, uploaded files, generated documents, and application data are stored within the European Union.
From time to time, Quazar Digital OÜ may engage additional service providers for infrastructure hosting, file storage, monitoring and logging, customer support, email delivery, security services, document processing, analytics, fraud prevention, or subscription management.
Any provider that processes personal data on our behalf will be added to this page where required.
Where sub-processors are located outside the EEA or UK, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions issued by competent authorities, additional technical and organisational safeguards where appropriate, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable data-protection laws.
